- Our refund policy was made to be transparent so your experience is as smooth as possible and gives you a “fair go” by using a baseline standard.
- If there is actually a problem with the product, Money is recovered to MakhtotaStore’s wallet.
*(If it is confirmed that the problem is with the product) - Also, the product causing the problem will be deleted immediately.
Before requesting a refund
- Make sure that the product does not really work.
- Make sure the product information page is displayed.
- Ensure the item is being used for its intended function and purpose.
